Lecturers Wina Smeenk and Ko Koens of the Urban Leisure &amp; Tourism Labs in Amsterdam and Rotterdam were allowed to join us for the second part of the broadcast, which looked at future solutions. In a constructive and positive critical conversation, they emphasized playful interventions at the hyper-local level in order to create tourist added value and avoid negative elements in the future.
